MirariCare+ Warranty Policy
 


MirariCare+ is an extended warranty program designed for Mirari Driver and Mirari Retail Bundle, providing additional protection and priority support for customers.

1. MIRARI Driver Coverage & Benefits

  • Extended Warranty: Adds 6 months or 500 hours (whichever comes first) to the standard warranty of 12 months or 1000 hours, extending total coverage to up to 18 months or 1500 hours.
  • Priority Technical Support: Direct access to Mirari’s support team for faster issue resolution.
  • Discounted Repair Fees: Special pricing for repairs that fall outside warranty coverage.

2. Eligible Products

MirariCare+ is available for the following products:

  • Mirari Driver
  • Mirari Retail Bundle

3. Exclusions

MirariCare+ does not cover:

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or improper use.
  • Environmental Damage: Damage due to extreme environmental conditions, liquid exposure, or natural disasters.
  • Loss or Theft: MirariCare+ does not cover lost or stolen devices.

4. How to Purchase

You can purchase MirariCare+ in the following ways:

  • At the time of purchase: Buy MirariCare+ together with your Mirari product from authorized distributors or online channels.
  • Within 60 days of purchase:
    • Online: Requires serial number verification and remote diagnostics.
    • By calling the hotline at +84 XXXX XXXX: Requires remote diagnostics and proof of purchase.

5. Warranty or Repair Claim Process

  2. Provide Documentation: Submit proof of purchase, product details, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Evaluation & Approval: Our team will review the claim and provide instructions on returning the product if necessary.
  4. Repair or Replacement: If eligible, the product will be repaired or replaced according to MirariCare+ coverage.

7. Terms & Conditions

  • MirariCare+ is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the valid coverage period.
  • Mirari reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
