Warranty & Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers through our official website and authorized distributors.

1. Warranty Policy

a. Warranty Period

  • New product: 12-month or 1000-hour warranty, whichever comes first.
  • Replacement product: 6-month warranty from the date of receipt.
  • Warranty ONLY applies to Plasma Driver.

b. Warranty Conditions

We warrant Mirari Doctor products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, following the manufacturer's guidelines.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or physical impact.
  • Use of the product for unintended purposes or repairs by unauthorized service providers.
  • Normal wear and tear or environmental damage.
  • Lost or stolen products.

2. 90-Day Return Policy

  • 1-to-1 replacement within 90 days if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) of the defect for evaluation.
  • The returned product must be intact, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • We will cover shipping costs if the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Mirari Doctor customer support via contact@miraridoctor.com 
  2. Provide order details and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. If the claim is valid, we will provide instructions for returning the product to our service center.
  4. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and proceed with the warranty service by repairing or replacing the defective unit.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the product for inspection. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will reimburse the shipping cost.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Mirari Doctor is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Legal Rights

This warranty policy does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
